Why LŌ-GOI Group
LŌ-GOI Group is a global real asset infrastructure platform. We develop, own, and manage logistics properties, data centres and renewable energy infrastructure, positioned along the trade routes where global commerce is growing fastest.
Founded in 2024 by Trent Iliffe, LŌ-GOI builds on his and our management teams more than three decades of experience and a proven track record. Our team previously grew one of Asia-Pacific’s largest logistics platforms from inception to approximately US$30 billion in assets under management across 10 countries and 40 funds.
Today we manage approximately US$1 billion in assets, with 1.5 million square metres across 11 prime properties in India and Vietnam, and a team of over 60 professionals. Our ambition is much larger: we are expanding in 2026 across APAC, the UAE and into Europe through our partnership with IDEC in France and Spain.
Our Story
LŌ-GOI Group was founded in 2024 by Trent Iliffe, who co-founded and led the LOGOS Property Group, growing it over 14 years into one of Asia-Pacific’s largest logistics real estate platforms with approximately US$30 billion in assets under management across 10 countries.
After LOGOS merged with the ESR Group, Trent continued the existing India and Vietnam platforms to start our next chapter. LŌ-GOI carries forward the same leadership & team, the same customer relationships and the same commitment to excellence, with the independence and agility to build a truly global platform.
The name LŌ-GOI means “the essence of all things.” It reflects our belief that logistics, data centres, and renewable energy are the essential infrastructure the world depends on. We’re not starting again. We’re building on everything we’ve learned.
